The Eleven Madison Home non-alcoholic vermouth was crafted in-house by Eleven Madison Beverage director, Sebastian Tollius. The team from the renowned Michelin-star establishment approached this non-alcoholic build with nothing but the best—a base of seasonal fruits and Niagara grape juice are infused for 24 hours with a blend of 18 different botanicals. Aromatic favorites include wormwood, angelica root, and gentian. The result is a complex, versatile aperitif. (Online Exclusive)
