In the shop
- Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method
- Proof of purchase is required. Have an account with us? We've got it on file.
- Opened or consumed? Those can't be returned. Sorry! That's why we pour samples!
Online orders
- Bring any unopened product to either shop within 30 days of delivery, with your order confirmation.
- Arrived damaged? Email hello@killjoyshop.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Final sale
- Gift cards, merch, scratch & dent, and sale items.
